Cake Batter
- 85 g soft unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup milk room temperature
- 18 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Frosting
- 170 g butter room temperature
- 175 g powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp sprinkles
Cake Batter
In a bowl combine sugar, butter and vanilla.
Add milk and yogurt and mix.
Sieve in the flour and and baking powder. Mix well.
Transfer the batter to cake mold and smooth it out.
Bake in microwave for 5-8 minutes.
After 5 minutes check to with a skewer to see if its baked, if not add the extra 3 minutes.
Let it cool down completely once baked.
Frosting
In a bowl add butter and vanilla.
Using a handheld mixer beat until butter if fluffy.
Gradually add the sugar while mixing it.
If you feel that the frosting is to hard add a couple tbsp of fresh cream or milk.
Assembly
Remove cake from the tray.
Spread frosting all over it.
Add some sprinkles for decorating.
