Dough
Add all ingredients and beat with hook attachment for about 10 minutes.
Transfer to bench and knead for a minute.
Shape into a ball, transfer to a bowl cover and let it rest for about 2-3 hours.
Shaping the Dough
After resting, transfer dough to a bench and roll it out to a thickness of about 15mm.
Using a round cookie cutter of about 10cm cut into shape.

Cut the parchment paper in squares around the dough which will make it easier to transfer to the oil.
Slowly place the doughnut with the paper in the oil and carefully with a pair of tongs pull the paper out.

Remove place them over a metal rack or paper towel to drain the excess oil.
Let it cool down enough to handle.
