Starter
- 2 1/4 tbsp instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 cup flour

- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cup flour
Dough
Add the remaining ingredients to your starter and mix for about 6 minutes.
Shape into a ball and grease with some olive oil.
Cover and let it rise for 2 hours.
Shaping
Transfer the risen dough to a floured bench.
Divide into 8 parts and roll each part into a ball.
Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
After resting roll each ball into a disc of about 15cm.
