- 5 tbsp oil
- 1/2 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 carrot
- 2 cup cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 2 spring onion
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1 cup pork
- black pepper
- 2 tsp chilli paste
Heat up oil in a pan on high.
Add onion and cook for a few minutes.
Add carrots and garlic and cook for a few minutes more.
Pull everything to the side of the pan.
Add eggs and fry them. Once fried scramble them.
Add cabbage and cook for a minute.
Add cooked rice and quickly mix everything to fry the rice.
Add cooked pork and spring onions.
Season with salt or soy sauce and black pepper.
