- 600 g chicken breast
- 100 ml milk
- 6 slices bread no crust
- 100 g cream cheese
- salt
- thyme
- oil for frying
Add to a food processor, checkin breast, milk, bread and cream chesee.
Salt and thyme to taste.
Blitz to form a paste.
Using a table spoon as a guide, take one spoon full of the chicken paste and coat with the flour.
Repeat with all the chicken paste.
Next dip each nugget on a beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat up a pot with oil and deep fry the nuggets until golden.
