Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red onion finely chopped
  • 2 can tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • eggs
  • parsley

Instructions
 

  • Heat up the olive oil in a pan.
  • Add the chopped onions and cook until soft.
  • Add in the tomatoes and sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to an oven proof dish.
  • Add prepared meatballs and eggs.
  • Bake in hot oven until the egg whites turn white.
