Easy Homemade Stuffed Bread with Cheese and Scallions

1 Round Tray
1 Mixing bowl
- 250 flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 125 ml warm milk
- 1 egg
- butter for the filling
- scallions
In a large bowl add flour, salt, sugar, instant yeast, milk, egg and butter.
Mix well until there are no lumps.
Cover and let it rise for 1 hours and 30 minutes.
Transfer to a floured bench and roll it out into a round shape of about 40cm.
Brush melted butter, cover with cheese and sprinkle the scallions.
With a sharp knife or a pizza slicer cut into 16 slices - like if you were cutting a pizza.
Roll each slice from the outer edge in to form a small roll.
Lay side ways over a round floured tray.
Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Brush with a yolk.
Bake in pre heated oven 180C | 356F for about 25minutes.
