- 4 cup flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 2 cup warm water
- olive oil
- flaky salt
- dry or fresh rosemary
In a bowl add flour, salt and yeast. Mix tto combine
Add in the water and mix well.
Add enough olive oil to coat the dough.
Cover and let it rest for 12 to 18 hours in the fridge.
Using a tray of about 30cm x 20xm coat with olive oil.
Transfer the risen dough cover and let it rest for another 2-4 hours or until has risen enough to fill the tray.
Once rested add more olive oil, rosemary and flaky salt.
Using your finger push down on the entire dough all the way to the bottom of the tray.
Bake in hot oven 200-220C 392-420F for about 25 minutes
Let it cool down before slicing it.
