Easy and Fluffy Simple Cake Recipe – Ready in 30 Minutes
This simple cake recipe uses basic ingredients like butter, eggs, and condensed milk to create a fluffy, moist cake ready in just 30 minutes. Perfect for beginners and sweet lovers!

- 1 mixer
- 1 20cm round cake tin lined with baking paper
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 3 eggs yolks and whites separated
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add egg yolks and butter.
- Beat until pale yellow and fluffy.
- Add flour, baking powder and 2/3 of the condensed milk.
- Beat until all combined with no lumps and set aside.
- Using a whisk attachment beat the egg whites until hard peaks.
- Slowly fold in the egg whites into the cake mixture.
- Transfer to a lined caked thin.
- Bake at 180C / 356F for about 20 minutes.
- Mix the remaining condensed milk with 2 tbsp of milk and set aside.
- Once cake is baked remove from oven with a fork pierce the whole top.
- Spread the prepared condensed milk and milk mixture on top.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes until condensed milk is fully absorbed.
- Remove cake from tin and serve.
