Leftover Pasta Bake Recipe with Cheese – Easy & Delicious Way to Reuse Pasta

This easy Leftover Pasta Bake recipe is the perfect way to reuse last night’s pasta. With added cheese, olives, and breadcrumbs, it becomes a comforting and delicious dish that's quick to prepare and super satisfying.

Ingredients
  

  • leftover spaghetti
  • 60 g mozzarella
  • 60 g cheddar
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 5 tsp parmesan cheese
  • olive oil
  • fresh basil
  • fresh thyme
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a pan melt butter until golden and foamy.
  • Add breadcrumbs and cook until toasted.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  • Mix mozzarella and cheddar together. Set aside.
  • Using 5 baking moulds or ramekins, grease with olive oil.
  • Add about 1/2 tbsp of the cheese mix at the bottom.
  • Cover with the leftover pasta.
  • Top it all up with the remaining cheese dividing equally between portions.
  • Add a layer of breadcrumbs on top.
  • Sprinkle parmesan and paprika.
  • Finish with chopped olives and olive oil.
  • Bake in hot oven 180C | 356F for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
